DEEN ASSOCIATES is a young multidisciplinary architecture and design studio established in Bengaluru by Mrs.Ramya and Mr.Deenadayal. DEEN associates strives to provide each client an integrated design service including strategic brief and feasibility studies, design and technical details, furnishing and decoration, lighting and landscape. Our interior design and construction supervision team is an integral part of the architecture practice to ensure overall design quality control.
DEEN ASSOCIATES is committed to the advancement of design at the highest level while strictly observing the practical, technical, and environmentally responsive architecture. The result is an architecture that is current but timeless, serene yet warm, and universally rational while also being uniquely reflective of the values and characters of our clients.
Our approach, regardless of the project type involve the same sensitivity and excitement, as new experiences and possibilities can be discovered through the design process. We are interested in life, happiness, fun, family and reward for effort.

DEENA DAYAL
RAMYA Principal Architect, is the senior architect with an overall experience of about 13 years. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from R.V.School of Architecture, Bangalore University in 2010. Prior to establishing DEEN ASSOCIATES in 2017, she was an Architectural Designer at the notable architecture firms. She involves in all aspects of design from initial studies of the project and planning to the actual completion of construction.
At DEEN ASSOCIATES, Ramya seeks to realize each client’s distinctive vision. By interpreting and enhancing her client's concepts, she creates uniquely inviting spaces.
A key element of her success is that ,she hasn't started the firm alone: Deen Associates is a shared firm, run in tandem with Mr.Deenadayal, her husband. They met while both working at the same firm and eventually started their life and business together..
DEENADAYAL facilitates regular conversations to get to know what matters most on the project, so that they can design environments that skillfully balance their clients’ vision and aesthetic preferences with practical concerns for durability, functionality, budget, and schedule. They combine rigorous design with construction management experience - a rare combination that leads to a distinctive design process and end product that are aesthetically and intellectually rigorous as well as financially informed.

Brief Development A good brief is the first step to delivering a successful project. The client’s requirements along with the study of site , weather, context, soil condition, local development guidelines put together helps clients to check if our thinking is aligned before the design work starts.
Design Process Design, which is developed in stages from an idea, image or sketch to the final materialization of the space, enjoying the path to the goal with our clients in an honest, responsible, creative and harmonious way with the environment. 3D models and visuals are developed to help the client understand the design better. We ensure our projects are well crafted and the only way this can be achieved is to provide a detailed set of construction drawings to the site.
Project management The fears of most clients stem from lack of transparency, slipping time frames and rising budgets. Our project managers offer technical expertise that contributes to streamlined, on-time, within-budget projects.
Structure Our highly experienced in-house team of structural designers consistently communicate with the architectural team to ensure structural considerations are incorporated into designs from day one.
Interiors Interior design is a natural extension of our architectural design and involves an in depth knowledge of materials, colour, fabrics and lighting.
Landscape We believe that the character and texture of the landscape profoundly influences both built structures and quality of life.
